Change referral hospital

I got referral letter from Polyclinic to emergency dept due my blood sugar and high blood is high. But if I want to change referral hospital, it is possible?

I believe you can Annie but do check with the hospital of your choice whether it would still count as a subsidised case or private. I think it should still be a subsidised case as long as your hospital of choice is a government one.
