How do you manage your anxiety/overthinking?

Hi, so i just found out that i'm pregnant again after a m/c in March this year. Have scheduled an appointment with my Gynae in 2 weeks time. Although we are very happy about it as we have been trying for #2 for quite sometime, but i can't help to have negative thoughts etc. The "what if's it happens again...?" For those who had went through something similar, how do you manage yourselves to divert your attention to do other things to get yourselves distracted and not overthinking? Thanks for reading till the end 😊

Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy ❤️ I went through a similar experience after a previous loss, and honestly, the anxiety never completely disappeared in the early weeks. What helped me was reminding myself that this pregnancy is a different pregnancy and a different baby. I tried not to spend too much time Googling symptoms and focused on things I could control, such as taking my supplements, resting well, and staying busy with daily life. Talking openly with my husband also helped whenever my worries became overwhelming. The waiting period before the first scan can feel incredibly long, but take it one day at a time. Sending lots of positive thoughts and wishing you a smooth and healthy pregnancy.
