When to inform boss on pregnancy?

Hi. I just found out that I’m 4 weeks pregnant. Question is, when do i need to inform the boss? May I know what bout the other mama’s here when bosses are informed?

I informed almost immediately due to the nature of my work. Some duties were reassigned to give me lesser stress and strain on my body.
