Red bumps with head on stomach area

I just found out I’m pregnant 2 days ago and yesterday I noticed red bumps on my stomach area and some on my boob. This morning the red spots have spread to the other side of my stomach. Is it normal? It’s not itchy or pain but there’s quite a lot, especially on my left side where it first started.

Could be hives. See doctor . Doctor may give antihistamines

Do consult a gynaecologist, do not self medicate, take care!

Should I visit a GP first since I have not made any appt for my first visit to the gynae? Or should I schedule one with the gynae ASAP?
