Diarrhea during pregnancy (week 10)

I am a first time mommy, currently 10 weeks in. Ever since I got pregnant, i never had solid poop. Its ALWAYS diarrhea. Any mommies' facing the same issue or should i go see my gynae asap? #firsttimemom updates (10th May) - visited my gynae, she said my body is trying to liquidify my poop. "so please dont stop the 2 days diarrhea one time" if not i will have extremely bad constipation

I’m almost at 10 weeks and had diarrhea over the last one week (at least 3 no. 2 toilet visits per day). Went to a GP and the diarrhea stopped. GP did advise that it’s a common in pregnancy but prescribed me with meds to stop the discomfort.
