Stomach pain

I feel sometimes my stomach pain a while if I turn sideway to sleep. Or even get up from sofa or what. Is this normal? Is like a pulling sensation and tight. I scare my stomach can explode anytime. Haha.

Try pregnancy pillow or put a pillow under you stomach when you sleep sideway. Sometimes I do think my stomach will fall down too 😅
