I can never have proper sleep and im 10 weeks in. Any tips or advices??
I feel so restless. I walk too much, my lower back hurts. I keep crying at the slightest things. I'm very tired but I can't seem to sleep. Always constantly waking up in shock. Hurts when i wear my tights now. Not able to suck in my stomach haha. Maybe I'm all over the place cause i found out I'm pregnant just a few days back and my anxiety is all over. And its my first day starting my prenatal dha pills. Really worried that it's going to affect my baby.. Any tips or advice for a first time mum here? ):
