How do I read glucose tolerance test results?

I failed the 1 hour glucose test but passed the 2 hour. Does this mean that I have gestational diabetes? Please advise as I'm worried.

It looks like u failed 1 of it . Gotta watch your sugar over the couple of weeks . Maybe just drink plain water ? No sweet drinks
