How do I read glucose tolerance test results?

I failed the 1 hour glucose test but passed the 2 hour. Does this mean that I have gestational diabetes? Please advise as I'm worried.

U have to check with yr gynae.. mine was like yours and they considered fail and i had to prick myself 7 times a day twice a week
