I am entering into 3rd trimester, what are the important food to eat?

During third trimester, you want to focus on iron-rich foods like spinach and lean meat to prevent anaemia, calcium for your bones and baby's development, and plenty of protein to support muscle growth for both you and baby. I'd also stock up on fibre and drink lots of water because constipation gets real in the third trimester. My friend swore by eating smaller, more frequent meals because the baby takes up so much space there's no room for big portions anymore.
