yes, I ate this too in my first tri as I had no appetite, and this is one of the few things that I can stomach. try to eat in moderation if you can, keep some healthy snacks like yogurt whenever your appetite seem to return. other food that helped in my first tri was soup spoon or soupy stuff with bread.
