I ate mudcrab when I was pregnant. I google it and seems like it has low mercury level.

I just ate, im 6.5weeks! Craving, but i didnt know its a concern to eat crab.. 🤔

Try not to eat I don't think the crab thing is a myth. It's true haha

Can but not too much. Drink lots of water afterwards!
