Can I drink coconut water during pregnancy? Can I eat durian fruit during pregnancy?

Frm my first apptment with gynae, he told me to avoid durian. I am not a durian lover so it doesnt really affect me. He only recently told me to take to help gain weight because i did not get heavier since i see him 😂
