Vaginismus Pregnancy

I don't know if I need to worry about. Okay the problem like this. I haven't consult with doctor but I think I have Vaginismus. When my husband and I when for our honeymoon, we try to consummate our marriage for few days but his intimate unable to penetrate inside me. So I use my finger to insert his cum insode my vagina. Within a month i got pregnant and after another month we found out we pregnant with twin. I scared that my twins will be born with not normal apperance or apperance.
