Hi, I don’t intend to get a confinement lady/tingkat service as I have a helper & mother to assist & cook for me. What are the things to take note of for confinement food though so I can prepare a “menu” in advance for my helper? Thanks!
Confinement food for malay is quite easy. Just no cili padi. Main ingredients are like ginger, onion, garlic, black pepper, tumeric, lemongrass. Can steam, fried and soup. More fish.
