Hi. Are there anyone not feeling any other symptoms except for swollen breast @ week 6? Am I weird?

I don’t feel like puking. I have appetite. This is strange? I’m currently at week 6. Feel tired but not sure if that’s because I didn’t have a good sleep that’s why.
