did I have a miscarriage?

I did 3 PT's last tuesday and the result were all positive but sadly yesterday I had a very bad cramps which feels like I am in labor then later on I had blood discharges with little clots until today . Today was supposed to be my next menstruation since december.

same with me maam.thats my case..so sad because after tvs 2times wala pa ring makita...baka dw nakunan na or normal period lang..
