Am i pregnant or not? 😞

My last period starts nov. 28 and it ends dec. 3. We had contact with my partner on dec. 16. On jan. 10 i took PT and it is positive. On jan 13 morning i took again another PT. And it gave me same result positive. But around 7 in the morning i had spotting. I thought its normal because i ithought i was pregnant. but next day there's a plenty of blood came out from me just like im in a period. until now. 😞
