Depends on individual. Just like some labour may takes few hrs but some can end up more than 15 hrs. If u can endure, best not to take epidural but if u think u can't take it any longer then go ahead with the pain reliefs 😊

It really depends on your own threshold. Either option is fine so don’t pressure yourself over it. It’s good if you don’t need but if you need it good to know that the option is there.

Depends on your threshold of pain. Cuz if you last min want to take when the contractions are getting alot, may not be in time for them to inject you

Everyone threshold is different. I personally didn’t use because I’m more afraid of jab.

Depends on your pain threshold. I didn’t take for my normal delivery of my firstborn.

depend on your pain threshold.. i tried not having epidural but ended up having it 😅

I use inhale laughing gas, try not to use as we don't know the side effect

Epidural was really good for me! I nearly slept through my labour!

Depends on your pain tolerance if you can tolerate the pain.
