Aiyoh, I understand why you're worried, size issues and any bleeding or discharge is scary, especially first baby! A few of my mum friends had similar experiences with smaller measurements on scan, and some turned out okay, tapi memang ada jugak yang needed closer monitoring, so it's actually good your doc is following up in 2 weeks instead of rushing. The brown discharge after Zincofer is quite common (it can irritate the uterus a bit), but the combination of small size + discharge is definitely worth asking your doctor about at the next appointment, maybe prepare a list of questions so you feel less anxious waiting. In the meantime, try not to stress too much (I know, easier said than done!) and just rest, eat well, and keep that appointment.
