Is this mucus plug? 21w pregnant

Hi all, I am currently 21w pregnant and just had a small polyp removal 4 days ago due to frequent bleeding. I also have candida infection and currently on flagystatin vaginal insert for 10 nights. Yesterday, I saw this discharge when I wipe after pee so I googled the image and it seems like it is mucus plug. Understand that it is something that happens when about to labour. Should I be concerned since I'm only 21w pregnant? Does anyone experience this due to polyp removal or flagystatin insert? Thanks in advance. #pleasehelp #advicepls #mucusplug #polyp #2ndtrimester
