I checked my toddlers ipad browsing history and saw 100 of pages of porn! The only person who has access to it is my maid - what should I do?

Talk to her about it. Definitely not something you can/should ignore. You also need to sort out that issue. If she has her own device, fair enough. Just need to tell her that your child's things are your child's. Not hers. I don't know how well she has helped out but if it's something you can look past, great. If you're uncomfortable, time to let her go.
