I think being direct is a good way to solve a problem. Talk to her directly about it that it's not cool since child has direct access to it. Also, make it clear that while she is in the house she should NOT be accessing porn even from her personal devices. See how her response is. If she is apologetic about it and understands the gravity of situation, I would probably give her a second chance. If she gives a I don't care kind of response, let her go since she might just find another way of accessing porn.
