I checked my toddlers ipad browsing history and saw 100 of pages of porn! The only person who has access to it is my maid - what should I do?

I would choose to be upfront with her about the matter. Only because it's a serious one. Tell her (but nicely), that this is not the right thing to do, especially because your toddler uses the same iPad. Let her know that such behaviour will not be accepted - these are house rules. I would also start looking for another helper. I would feel really uncomfortable having someone in the same room as my husband - and this will drive me crazy.
