weak 13 urine leaking 😅

i cant seem to hold on to my pee as much nowadays. whenever i sneeze especially cause i am really sensitive to dust and perfume. is there any advice on this? it says the urge to pee would be gone around this week but i usually have to pee every 15mins or so usually when i'm at home which is good tho 😅#advicepls #firsttrimester

Do kegel exercises to train the muscles but yes the problem should go off by second trimester though it can vary for different people. If it persists through into your second trimester do let your gynae know abt the issue :)
