Subsidised referral

Hi. May I ask , once we confirmed out pregnancy with polyclinic, they will make a referral to our hospital of choice right? Do I need to follow up and make a call to hospital or wait for their call to secure an appointment? Doc didn't mention earlier if I should make an appointment

hi i went to polyclinic to get a referral to my preferred hospital which is at kkh. the staff helped me to make the appointment over the counter and told me that they will send me an sms but i didnt received any until i checked my health hub. the moment i checked my health hub, i already missed my 1st appointment so i called polyclinic back and told them about it and they helped me to scheduled a new appointment for me. lesson learned! be sure to check your health hub if you didnt receive any sms for your appointment ✌️
