Ay alam ko yan, hirap talaga ng pill schedule lalo na pagbusy! A few of us moms went with IUD instead since walang hassle and super effective, pwede mo i-insert kahit breastfeeding ka pa, no need maghintay ng period like with injectables. If hindi ka komportable with IUD, may copper option din if concerned ka sa hormones, pero honestly best na mag-discuss talaga with your OB about your timeline kasi iba-iba ang recommendations depende sa healing mo post-delivery at kung kailan exactly safe mag-insert.
