Bird Nest during first trimester

I avoided during 1st trimester although the staff at hock hua selling it mentioned can drink. (at the back of my mind, I'm like 'the' cause they're selling it). only started drinking in 2nd trimester. I stopped in 30+ week accordingly to gynea advice, as I told her I'm getting breathlessness more often. btw, I had childhood asthma. if in doubt, just check with your gynea
