It will improve.. I can’t take meat and fish during my first trimester too.. now I am eating normal! And weight gain faster too.. don’t worry!
I started eating only in my 2nd trimester and more junk food during 3rd. take small meals don't have to finish all like usual.As long got eat and baby growing and gaining weight it's ok.
haha same! morning and lunch still okay, but dinner.. im losing appetite. at best i can eat half of the meal only 🥲so i will eat more fruits to curb with the hunger instead
I’m in my week 12 and also averse to food. End up eating lots of junk food to sustain myself because I’m constantly hungry, make up by eating fruits.
i’m week 15+ and i can’t eat meat too.. only fried food or mookata meat but small quantity. appetite is fine for me just no meat
i got meat adversion too. i just try to drink milk or eat more vegetables. it is normal but fustrating.
Since pregnant suddenly i also dislike chicken and meat. But sometimes on weekend i ate it😄
I am also in my week 15, taking Dilectin to improve appetite. If not can't eat anything too.
same here. small amount and it worries me but as an when i eat biscuits with milo. 😄
I am 15 weeks day 5. Also not much appetite. When I dun feel like eating I eat fruits.
