low pottassium (hypokalemia)

I admit in emergency dis sept.19 to 21 bcoz of low pottasium dat nyt i feel so much pain in my right pelvic to my upper right side of my abdomen,, halos 1 day xa bgo nwala ang unang sv s hospital appendix,, but nkita s cbc is low pottassium, meron dn b nkaranas s inyo ng gnun?
