Vaginal Spotting

I am 7wks pregnant with 4 days consecutive minimal vaginal spotting, working as a Nurse in the hospital. Do I need to stop working at this stage? Thank you po.

Ganyan din aq dun sa una q, pinagbedrest aq, totally bedrest ng 1week, bawal tumayo.. Then pinainom ng gamot then ok na uli.

2wks na po akong nagbedrest then another 2wks again, everyday po kasi ako may bleeding, nakakapuno ako ng dalawang napkin sa maghapon.. But my baby is still intact thank God 😊
