Pregnant or not?

I am delayed according to my last period I am 16 days delayed, my pregnancy test still negative. In the fast few days I have spotting it's a brown in color and this day I have a color light red. What should I do? If I'm pregnant it should be 4 weeks and 2 days now Here is the photo of my spotting now.
