Discharge at 7 weeks

Hi i am 7 weeks pregnant and for the first time i saw brown discharge today at the pantyliner. Today it's half day for women's clinic in NUH. Should i go to the A&E?

    hi we went to A&E yesterday because it turns out like period bleeding. However doctor say both babies are fine and we even saw their heartbeat. Don't know whats going on
