Sinus!

I am at my 6th month and suddenly I am having sinus. It has been days even with the hot weather ? Any soon to be mummies facing this? How to feel better? Tried drinking so much of fluid, warm shower but no better ?

Sorry cant help much. If ur sinus is due to pregnancy, it will only goes away after u give birth. Hugs

Is ur room very dusty? Maybe clean up ur room

Oh dear, sinus can be trigger by anything. Not only dust. I have bad sinsuses as well and cant sleep sometimes due to the sinus. 5 months pregnant. I took warm bath before sleep and apply yu yee oil to nose, temple and back of neck. It helps.
