Tummy Tightness
I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

Same.23w2d 2nd baby. Pag msyado akong busog and feeling ko napagod ako kakalakad or doing whatever, feel ko na tight ang tiyan ko so nagpapahinga lang ako pag ganyan. Next week pa next OB visit ko. Sana ok lang si baby. Pero super likot naman kaya sana ok sya😊🙏
