Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I'm 23 weeks exactly today! I think it's just ligament round pain which is more noticeable during the second trimester as the baby is rapidly growing during this period, so just rub/massage some cream which helps whenever i feel any tightness :)
