I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?
depende po yan sa katawan natin ako naman mg 6 months din pero parang 7 to 8 months na tyan ko walang problema kung maliit o malaki tyo mg buntis ang importante healthy si baby 😊😊
