Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I'm 23 weeks preggy na rin po. This past few days I experienced difficulty in breathing at pananakit ng balakang. Is it normal po ba sa ganitong stage? at minsan ang hirap maglabas ng dumi, feel ko nadudumi ako na hindi, wla kasing lumalabas.

pareho tayo mommy . minsan yung pananakit ng balakang connected pa sa legs. ang bigat na nabg tiyan ko at 23 weeks and 5 days. yung sa constipation naman dati ganyan ako. pawis na pawis ako every after poop kasi mahirap talaga . pero nag jncrease ako water intake and mas dinalasan ko oag gugulay and prutas nawala na siya .
