I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?
same here, 23 weeks pregnant. minsan nasakit puson ko tapos naninigas, pero pag naka poop naman ako naginhawa 🥺 Masakit din balakang at likod ko pero active naman si baby, hirap kasi pa sched sa OB ngayon :(
