Dull pain on abdominal

I am 13 weeks 4 days pregnant. I have having dull pain on my abdominal and it's making me so uncomfortable every night when I sleep. Is it normal?

I rem having dull ache at my tummy area during 2nd Trimester, but it doesn’t make me uncomfortable at all. My gynae say is due to expanding uterus. However, to be on the safe side, pls visit ur gynae for a check to have a piece of mind
