I am 12th week pregnant..I have lots of nausea nd headache..sometimes my stomach seems bigger nd sometimes smaller..what's d reason tell me

Nausea & headach due to hormones changes as baby is growing. Stomach size changes can be due to before/after meals effects or eating more/less as I felt the same too. I felt better after 12 weeks. Some people will feel better at a later stage.
