Can husband go in during emergency c sect? Will i be awake or?#firstbaby

my husb wasnt allowed in during my e-csect. i was on GA so i was asleep the entire time. could rmmbr hw long the surgery was but baby was out in 10-15 mins and i only woke up abt 2 hrs later

i had emergency c sect, no they didnt let him in and i was on GA due to an infection on my kidneys. i think it depends on the severity of the situation i think.
