If I remember correctly your hubby is not allowed in operating room. As such, I don’t think he can cut baby’s cord.

Hi i just gave birth this year feb via c sect at kkh. My doctor allow my husband to be in with me. As I know the nurses told me it depends on the doctor whether to let ur husband in during c sect as some doctor might not allow. Check with ur doctor
