It is easy to lose yourself when taking caring of your family and the household. I was in a brink of losing myself, I am always mad at my kids, at my husband. There are times that I just don't want to function. So, to avoid being a 'monster' mom and wife, it is important that we allot a time for us mommies to medidate, rest, and do things that we love to do and want to do, on our own. It is also important that our family knows and understands that we need this time to ourselves.
