How do you tie your baby’s hair? What do you use? Elastic bands? Or rubber bands?

How old is your baby? Under 1 year better not use those small rubber bands because they may swallow them. I clip my girl's bang with a small hair clip usually

I use the kids cloth rubber bands. Much gentler on the hair:)
