How should I care for my baby girl's genitals?

During bath time, I will use cotton wool and dip with water to wipe the sides of the labia to clean the residuals. Before bedtime, I will wipe down whole body include face and genital area using cotton wool. After baby has poop, I will bring her to basin to wash throughly and if I have no access to do the washing I will use wet wipe to wipe from front to back to prevent vaginal infection/UTI.
