How should I care for my baby boy's genitals?

1. Use a clean cloth with water or baby wipes to wipe around the penis and scrotum. 2. Make sure not to retract the foreskin as forcing it back may cause a tear and issues for him later on. For each diaper change, ill use baby wipes if im out and if im home ill take him to the toilet and rinse with water. I dont use soap unless he did a poo or during shower time. Clean water ia the best, whether kids or adults. Just clear water and wash lightly.
