How do you prevent against having bed bugs if you live in a condo and can't air out your mattress?

Get those companies that service the bed by cleaning it but some pple also say that it made matters worse for them but it was ok for some. Maybe u can try the vacuum/uv sterilizer or steamer for ur bed to kill the bed bugs?
