Hi mom, anything healthy and dry that you've started giving your baby can be used as a health mix. You can dry roast some sooji and mix it with raagi, and some crushed oats. Use it as a ready powder that you can mix with milk or water. Similarly, u can also make a mix of dried powdered almonds, small amount of powdered moong dal and use it to make an instant meal.

instead of the store bought ones, you can make them at home. some ingredients you can mix and match are sooji, ragi, oats, almonds, nuts, roasted dal, powdered rice and such.
