how much do you get from SSS maternity claim, considering a minimum monthly contribution?

based on my experience, for sss maternity claim 3 months before your wife gives birth you'll get her MAT 1 worth 15k after giving birth you'll have to submit hospital documents to sss for her MAT2 so they'll see if your baby was delivered normal or cesarean. if normal another 15k will be given to you, if cs you'll be given 20k. hope that helps.
